I never FART on airplanes.... but just this one time I thought, hmmmm, maybe I'd try it. So I did.  A short story, written by Adam DeGraff, just for TDF's friends and fans.
 
So, as you probably know, I play the violin. Rock violin to be exact. I travel.... A LOT. Too much actually, but that's another story. Last night I played a swanky gig with Jim Caruso at the Magic Castle in LA. I wore a coat and a tie.... something I never, EVER, do. But that's the rules at the castle and, honestly, it's such a cool place, I didn't mind. It was a good show.
 
I woke up early this morning to catch my flight out of town. Headed to New Mexico for my next show. Anyway, I was feeling good because I was flying Southwest airlines, which I love. Everything was going well. I got to the airport with time to spare.  My bags  weighed in just under 50 pounds each. My boarding number was A19, so my fiddle was sure to find an open overhead. .com'ers, TDF lovers, and followers, we here at TDF are calling you! Next month we have an amazing opportunity. We will be in Austin Tx, playing one of the most well known music festivals in America, SXSW! If you aren't sure what sxsw is or stands for it is south by south west and it is an enormous 4 day music festival where individuals show case their music in front of thousands! It's truly amazing. I encourage all of you to look it up, you will be surprised by all the artist involved. And if we aren't motivation enough to come down and rock out you may see other artist you would also just die to see live. I know personally i'm stoked to see that not only are tdf playing but as well as some of my other favorite bands. If you can't make it, no worries The Dueling Fiddlers Still love you... Mostly. Hey .com'ers things have been so crazy, we've been busy hanging out with Liza Minnelli, and russell has been in NYC living out his dream of being a quartet player... in a movie with christopher walken that is. Who knew we had such a superstar on our hands? This past month has truly been amazing. I suggest to you all that you get on youtube, or facebook and check out footage from our new york city show at le poisson rouge, as well as our evening in town hall with miss. Liza, Who thankfully suffered no dizzy spells through out the evening.
We have some exciting news!!! TDF will be crashing sxsw march 16th-19th. Check our event page for more info. I'd also like to note that the unthinkable has finally happened. No, it's not russell playing in his underwear (again). TDF has started singing their own songs. Stay tuned for more.
